One-way or two-way backpressure valve (H) recovery and/or installation services

Servicios Técnicos Industriales Internacionales S.A. de C.V. We provide an integral turnkey service for the recovery and installation of one-way or two-way H or back pressure valves from 10,000 to 15,000 Psi. In addition, we can also provide equipment and accessories for rental.

The importance and objective of this service is to perform activities in a drilling well avoiding it to be plugged or killed, and its purpose is to hermetically block the well pressure safely in a range of pressures from 10,000 psi up to 20,000 psi.

The main function of the lubricator and back pressure valves is to allow the repair of the valve tree or heads of a well while under pressure, and the H or back pressure valve has the function of allowing the fluid to pass through the tubing and circulate to the tubing, as well as preventing back flow.

With the aid of a lubricator, the H-valve can be quickly and safely removed and installed to withstand well pressure and through the half valve tree eliminates the need to bottom plug or kill the well, thus safely protecting personnel, the facility and the structure.
