Alcohol and drug use prevention policy
The use of alcohol and drugs constitutes a risk to the physical and mental health of workers. Likewise, it causes long and short term repercussions; increasing the risk of incidents to their environment, thus, putting their coworkers and third parties at risk. For this reason, Servicios Técnicos Industriales Internacionales S.A. de C.V. Establishes a policy of Alcohol and Drugs, to prevent, improve, conserve and preserve the welfare of workers and their facilities, as well as the performance of their activities, avoiding work ncidents.
Our main objective is to raise awareness among our personnel about alcohol and drug abuse, thus promoting a better quality of life, in order to achieve the highest standards of safety and productivity through the following points:
- The sale, possession and/or consumption of alcohol and drugs, inside and outside the organization, is prohibited.
- Servicios Técnicos Industriales Internacionales S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to refuse admission for this reason to persons who have evidence of having consumed any substance.
- Personnel will be subject to alcohol and drug testing upon hiring and randomly evaluated by third parties when there is suspicion of consumption.
- Personnel must inform their supervisor if they are taking any prescription drugs and present the corresponding official receipt.
- Smoking is only allowed in the places indicated by Servicios Técnicos Industriales internacionales S.A. de C.V.
This policy is mandatory for all Servicios Técnicos Industriales Internacionales S.A. de C.V. contractors or visitors.
SETEIN does not tolerate violence in any workplace, acts of mistreatment, bullying, and/or sexual harassment, as the case may be, when it occurs between colleagues, hierarchical superiors, or subordinates.

Anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy.
In order to comply with applicable anti-corruption legislation, none of the members of the organization shall receive any personal gain in addition to their employee compensation, which is strictly prohibited:
